Standard International Shipping (price dependent on location)

All Standard International orders (7-15 Business days excluding weekends) Transit time is 7-15 business days depending on your location. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays then the transit time is after this. Please take this into consideration.

We strive to make sure your order is delivered safely and on time, however, we can’t be held responsible for the reliability of local postage services outside of the USA

Commercial Addresses:

Perky Pear®does not control the time that our currier partners deliver the post at any given location so please be cautious and avoid using commercial and work addresses if selecting an untracked service to avoid missed deliveries due to office opening times. If the item has been missed you should receive a card or email update.

Claims For Undelivered Items:

We have an internal delivery confirmation system so if we see the order has not been delivered up to 10 working days after the allocated time frame from despatch, we will process a replacement. Please contact help@perkypear.com we strive to answer all emails within 48 hours.

Status as “Delivered” But No Items Received:

If the item is marked as “Delivered” by our courier but the customer claims they still have not received the item, we can only issue out a replacement and will do this after 10 working days to allow for delays or for the item to be returned back to us which can happen in cases where they have been unable to deliver the items or the items have not been collected from the post office.

Lost Parcels/No Card Has Been Left

If you have missed your parcel, a card will be left for you to collect from your local sorting/collection office. If you do not collect your item it will be returned to the Perky Pear Headquarters. No item or card? Always check at your local sorting office or with a neighbour if your item has not arrived before contacting us as your last resort as in most cases items have been recovered this way.
